Accommodations

Delegates attending the conference will stay at either the Sheraton University City Hotel or the Hilton Inn at Penn. The Sheraton has proudly served PENNMC delegations for over a decade, and features 3-star accommodations and over 300 guest rooms. This year, PENNMC is proud to also offer the Hilton Inn at Penn as second option for all delegations. The Hilton sports 238 guest rooms, and was honored with AAA's Five Diamond Award. Both hotels are located directly on Penn's campus and provide convenient access to all conference sessions. The hotels are also located just minutes away from downtown Philadelphia, allowing students to take advantage of their time in Philadelphia by exploring its many historic attractions and tourist destinations.

Penn Model Congress secures a discount rate at both hotels. Unlike at some of our peer conferences, schools are not responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Reservations are arranged and billed by Penn Model Congress, and schools pay their hotel fees directly to us.

Check-in time is 3:00pm on Thursday and check-out time is 12:00pm on Sunday. The hotels will provide a secure place to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. Upon arrival each school must provide a check or credit card deposit to cover damage and incidentals. Nighttime curfews are strictly enforced.
